Returns
Although our comics are stored and handled with great care, no guarantee of condition is made. Over time, shelf wear and small cosmetic dings and dent may be possible. All sales are final and non-returnable. Refunds are only allowed in the event of a damaged item through shipping. If an item arrives damaged you must contact us via e-mail with a picture of the damaged item before your purchase can be refunded. We reserve the right to decline any refunds. Note: We will only be able to send a replacement if we still have inventory for the same damaged item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Applicable to damaged items through shipping only. You have 7 days from the date your item was shipped to report any damaged items. Once we receive your e-mail with the picture of the damaged item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
